3.2 Trusted Third-Party Service Providers

We engage trusted service providers to perform functions on our behalf, including:

SMS Gateway Provider (smslenz.lk): Your phone number is shared to deliver OTP verification codes and job match notifications via SMS.
Payment Processors: When you request a withdrawal, necessary payment details are shared securely with our payment processing partners to facilitate the transfer.
Cloud Hosting & Storage: Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure managed by our hosting providers.

All service providers are contractually obligated to handle your data securely, confidentially, and solely for the purposes we specify.
